Colierul P-Clip Form D Ø50/15 mm Mikalor 03005106 este un colier de prindere industrială conform DIN 3016, cu garnitură EPDM antivibrație, destinat fixării conductelor, furtunurilor și tuburilor de Ø50 mm — tuburi admisie aer, furtunuri intercooler, conducte hidraulice principale — pe camioane grele, utilaje și instalații industriale.
🛡️ EPDM la Ø50 mm — protecție unde contează cel mai mult — la diametre mari, suprafața de contact este semnificativă, iar vibrațiile motorului Diesel în sarcină generează solicitări mecanice intense. Profilul EPDM distribuie uniform presiunea, elimină frecarea metal-conductă și previne fisurarea furtunurilor în zona de prindere.
🏭 Înlocuitor direct OEM DAF și MAN — compatibil confirmat cu DAF 1640577 și MAN 06.67300.5046. Montaj direct în service autorizat sau la revizii de flotă, fără adaptări sau modificări.
🌡️ -40°C la +120°C — funcționează fiabil de la frigul extrem al iernii până la temperatura tuburilor de admisie în regim de sarcină maximă. EPDM nu fisurează la frig, nu se deformează la cald.
